Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. ("SPPI") is a privately-owned industrial park developer in the Philippines, whose proponents include Mitsui & Co., The Fremont Group (investment arm of the Bechtel Family), Philippine American Life and General Insurance Co. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the American International Group ("AIG")), National Development Company ("NDC"), and Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines ("ICCP"). It has developed a series of well-managed and strategically located industrial parks in the Calabarzon area, approximately 35 kilometers south of Manila, and in Mactan Island, Cebu. The parks are registered as Special Economic Zones.
