MISSION
Our mission is to be an industry leader by developing world class, environment-friendly industrial estates for major foreign and local investors in strategic growth areas in the Philippines.

VISION
Each one of SPPI's industrial estates is envisioned to provide an ideal manufacturing environment for light and medium manufacturing companies. To achieve this vision, its design is anchored on these basic premises:
- The estate shall have a full complement of facilities and amenities to adequately support clean manufacturing activities;
- The estate shall provide adequate water supply and proper water recycling and disposal systems to ensure that manufacturing activities within the estate remain environment friendly;
- A team of management professionals shall provide on-site, full-time support services to locators, such as sourcing of labor, liaison with government agencies, and cultivation of local community relations.
