  • Mitsui & Co. - one of the major Japanese general trading companies active worldwide as an organizer of business arrangements. It is a multi-functional company that devotes its skills in trading, investment, finance and transportation to economic development worldwide.
  • Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines ("ICCP") - a member of the ICCP Group. ICCP is an investment house whose stockholders include AIG/Philippine American Life Insurance Co. and the DBS Bank of Singapore.
  • The Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company ("Philamlife") - Philamlife is the country's largest and most diversified insurance company, accounting for over 30% of the life insurance market in terms of ordinary first year premium income. Philamlife is a wholly owned subsidiary of the American International Group, Inc. ("AIG"), the leading US-based international insurance organization and the largest underwriter of commercial and industrial coverage in the United States.
  • The Fremont Group (investment arm of the Bechtel Family) - The Fremont Group is a San Francisco-based private investment company with US$12 billion in assets under management. They currently focus their investments in the areas of Direct Investments, Venture and Growth Capital, Real Estate, Energy and Infrastructure, and Securities Management. The Bechtel family owns a majority interest in Fremont Group.
