- What are the lot sizes in the SPPI industrial
estates?
Our lots have an average size of
10,000 square meters (1 hectare) but there are some as small as 5,000
square meters. Larger properties can be formed by combining several lots.
For instance, our largest single property is that of Procter & Gamble,
at 21 hectares.
- What is the buildable area? Do you have a maximum
building height?
Total building coverage is 70%
of your area. We also require a setback of 5 meters from the street side
and 3 meters from adjacent lots. For buildings, there is a maximum height
of 20 meters from ground elevation, which is about four to five floors.
- How are security, safety and health issues in your
parks?
Our parks are well secured as we
have a perimeter fence and round-the-clock security. We have an on-site
fire truck with trained fire brigade on call, 24-hours, 7-days a week, fire
hydrants, and centralized storm drainage system. We are also active in the
promotion of industrial peace inside the parks. External parties provide
healthcare services.
- Do you have other service facilities and amenities
in your park? What are these?
Standard features of our parks
include a transportation system that goes around the park, a bank and
freight service. These are provided by external parties.
- Are there business operations that are prohibited
in your park?

restriction is to ensure proper use and development of the park. Prohibited
operations are Junk yard; Commercial excavation of construction materials;
Stockyards or slaughter of animals; Poultry raising; Dumping, disposal,
incineration or reduction of garbage, sewage, offal, dead animals, or
