Cebu Light Industry Park ("CLIP") is the fourth industrial park that SPPI is developing. It is a 70-hectare industrial estate located in Mactan, Cebu, one of the country's fastest growing regions. It will be equipped with a water desalination plant, the largest in the Philippines, and a water recycling system, to ensure adequacy of water supply.

Power	13.8 KV stepped down to 460/230V at the customer service entrance.
Telecommunications	500 Domestic and International Lines to be provided by Philippine Long Distance Telephone, Co. ("PLDT"). Voice, Fax, Data Video Conferencing, Internet and Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line Facilities are available.
Water Supply	A water desalination plant and a recycling facility will provide 15,000 cubic meters per day.
Roadway	Immediate access along the National Road. Within the estate is an arterial road of 22-meter wide road and a network of 16-meter wide service roads, all of highway grade.
Sewerage System	Centralized waste water treatment plants that process effluents with up to 1,000 Biological Oxygen Demand ("BOD"), with a combined capacity of 12,000 cubic meters per day. Back to top
