     Hermosa Ecozone Industrial Park ("HEIP") is a 165-hectare industrial estate component in a 478-hectare mixed-use property development in the province of Bataan by the Hermosa Ecozone Development Corporation, of which the Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. ("SPPI") is a shareholder and act as general manager for HEIP. The project is registered as an economic zone under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority ("PEZA"). Its proximity to Subic Bay, Olongapo which is only 12 kilometers away, is significant for companies that wish to avail of the international seaport and airport facilities of Subic.
