     Light Industry & Science Park I ("LISP I"), the first privately owned industrial estate to be registered with the Board of Investments, is situated 35 kilometers south of Makati (the business center of the country) via the South Luzon Expressway. It has an area of 173 hectares and was completely sold out in 1995. It is home to 92 locators, who provide employment to more than 28,000 people.

Power 34.5 KV stepped down to 460/230V provided by Manila Electric Company ("MERALCO") at the customer service entrance.
Telecommunications More than 1,000 voice and non-voice lines are available using the facilities of the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co. and Philippine Telephone & Telegraph.
Water Supply Deepwells dug within the site are piped to storage tanks with combined capacity of 16,000 cubic meters per day.
Roadway Short 300 meter concrete road from the Cabuyao exit of the Southern Luzon Expressway. Within the estate is a network of 23-meter wide arterial roads and 13-meter wide service roads, all of highway grade.
Sewerage System Two centralized waste water treatment plants that process effluents with up to 1,000 Biological Oxygen Demand ("BOD"), with a combined capacity of 12,000 cubic meters per day.
Other Amenities Full-service medical clinic by Philamcare, Freight forwarding services by Federal Express ("FEDEX") and U-Freight, on-site bank services by Bank of the Philippine Islands ("BPI"). A 1.6 hectare park with lagoon, jogging paths, and a Japanese restaurant overlooking the lagoon.
OPERATIONAL EXPENSES & COST OF UTILITIES
