Light Industry & Science Park I ("LISP I"), the first privately owned industrial estate to be registered with the Board of Investments, is situated 35 kilometers south of Makati (the business center of the country) via the South Luzon Expressway. It has an area of 173 hectares and was completely sold out in 1995. It is home to 92 locators, who provide employment to more than 28,000 people.

Short 300 meter concrete road from the Cabuyao exit of the Southern Luzon Expressway. Within the estate is a network of 23-meter wide arterial roads and 13-meter wide service roads, all of highway grade.

Two centralized waste water treatment plants that process effluents with up to 1,000 Biological Oxygen Demand ("BOD"), with a combined capacity of 12,000 cubic meters per day.

Full-service medical clinic by Philamcare, Freight forwarding services
by Federal Express ("FEDEX") and U-Freight, on-site bank services
by Bank of the Philippine Islands ("BPI"). A 1.6 hectare park
